Popular former Slough Town forward Tyler Goodrham has set himself an international challenge after breaking into the Oxford United first team last season.
The forward already has three goals in five EFL League One games for the Us this season and has now nailed his colours to an international mask.
According to the Oxford Mail, Goodrham has been granted Irish citizenship and has challenged himself to earn an international call-up for the Republic of Ireland.
Goodrham said: “Earlier on in the year, I got my Irish citizenship. There have been no conversations as of yet, but we’ll see.
“If I just keep playing and keep getting my head down, fingers crossed that comes about.”
Great photo from @simongoods1 this sums up the giant Maidstone number 4 who spent more time rolling around on the floor than standing. Like when Tyler supposedly floored him. Do you have a caption for this photo (keep the language sensible). pic.twitter.com/ceUfVUK5ps

Goodrham enjoyed a 17 game loan spell at Slough Town in the Vanarama National League South between December 2021 and April 2022 during which time he scored three goals.
