The Launchpad Reading 7s, as the name suggests is a 7-aside competition. Two groups of four with semi-finals and final. The exact format and match duration is to be confirmed.
The competition will be played over one day at Reading City Football Club – The Rivermoor, Scours Lane, Tilehurst, Reading RG30 6AY.
Teams are encouraged to be of mixed gender. It is not a rule but it is in the spirit of the competition. Squad numbers are not capped.
We are limited to eight teams in the competition with several spaces already confirmed – Sky Sports, Football in Berkshire and Launchpad Reading have all confirmed teams.
Teams will be able to design their own kit via Basingstoke-based Serious Sport for the competition. These can be individually customisable with player names and come as part of the sign-up fee. Every teams shirt will be sponsored by Launchpad, but one sleeve will be available for a sponsor of your own – your 2024 charity partner for example.
Entry is £40 per player. Teams are allowed up to 15 players.
