Get yourself Cup Final ready
Ascot’s clubhouse is open on Thursday evening between 6pm and 7:30pm for all your Yellas merch like caps, scarves, flags, pin badges and limited edition rosettes.
The club have confirmed that unless one was pre-ordered, there are no replica shirts available at the club.
When is the Final and what time is kick-off? Are tickets still available?
Sunday 21st May is the big day at Wembley Stadium as Ascot United take on the holders Newport Pagnell Town.
Kick is 12:15pm. The game is live on BT Sport but we’re informed tickets for the whole Non League Finals Day which includes the FA Trophy Final after the Vase are still on sale – and should still be available on the gate on the day.
Tickets available here on the Wembley Stadium website.
Designated Fanzone
This is new. Our last visit with Binfield was during Covid-19 so we’ve zero experience of ‘fan zones’! However, the club’s website has confirmed the following: The East Village is the designated ‘Fan Zone’ and is located between Brent Civic Centre and OVO Wembley Arena.
The Yellas also have the following designated pubs:
The Blue Check – 12 -13 Empire Way, Wembley, HA9 0RQ
Wembley Tavern – 121 Wembley Park Dr, Wembley Park, HA9 8H
Stadium Sports Bar – 125 Wembley Park Dr, Wembley Park, HA9 8HQ
The Torch 1-5 Bridge Rd, Wembley Park, HA9 9AB
Crock of Gold – 23 Bridge Road, Wembley, HA9 9AB
Please read through this information on the Ascot website before travelling. Particularly the ‘bag policy’ which caught out one member of the FiB teams dads the last time we went to Wembley. To say he was ‘unimpressed’ was an understatement.
