Prolific Ascot United forward Harry Laflin has caught the eye of an Isthmian League side.

Leatherhead, of the Isthmian League Premier Division, have announced the dual registration signing of Laflin from Ascot.

Laflin is the top scorer in the Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Premier Division North and will jump up two divisions to step 3 to help the Tanners who are currently bottom of the Premier Division.

Leatherhead won their opening game of the season but have last all four of their subsequent Isthmian League ties and lost an FA Cup Forst Qualifying Roubd replay against Whitsable Town.

Laflin has been in fine form again for Ascot, this season scoring nine goals in all competitions including the FA Vase on Saturday at Hengrove Athletic.

As the move is dual registration, Laflin will remain registered with the Yellamen.
