Exciting young full back George Lock has joined Binfield for the 2017/18 season after deciding to leave Bracknell Town.
The Moles confirmed the move on twitter on Tuesday night with Lock rejoining a club he had an 11 match loan spell at in 2016/17.
Lock broke through into the Robins first team during the 2015/16 season under then manager Keith Pennicott-Bowen playing 32 of the Robins 38 league games and making 42 appearances overall becoming a fan favourite for his attitude and desire and winning Supporters Player of the Year that season by a landslide.
‘Tenacious G’ slipped down the pecking order due to the superb form of 2016 summer signing Dave Hancock and found opportunities last term limited.
The full back confirmed via twitter last week that he had decided to leave Larges Lane after 15 years, coming through the junior ranks at the club.
The Moles have confirmed a number of key players are returning to Larges Lane including centre backs Gary Smith and Jeff Brown and have signed goalkeeper Sam Gray.
