Bracknell Town winger Seb Bowerman is ‘not expected’ to be available for the weekend trip to Ware according to a report in this weeks Bracknell News.

Bowerman has been ever-present for the Robins, playing in all 16 league fixtures so far as they aim for the Bostik League South Central Division 1 play offs in their first season back at step 4.

The News don’t say why Bowerman will miss the fixture but suggest former Binfield striker Sean Moore will step in and take his place.

Moore scored his first goal since joining the Robins in the recent Velocity Cup win over Felixstowe & Walton United.

Another casualty from that match is full back Ryan Parsons who was sent off and is now suspended while the News reports Dave Hancock remains a doubt after a hamstring injury picked up in the Berks & Bucks County Cup game against Reading FC.

Bracknell have recently bolstered their squad with the signing of Liam Eagle from Southern League Premier Division side Hartley Wintney, while Kane Fitzgerald has dual registered with Hellenic League side Windsor.

Speaking in an interview recently with Football in Bracknell, Robins manager Geoff Warner spoke about two young players in Dan Robers and Ellis Day. He said: “Dan is on a season loan at Windsor so there won’t be any movement there but Ellis trains with the Bracknell first team every week and we think he’s a young player that will have a good future at Bracknell. We’re just feeding him in gently if you like.

“He’s someone we really hope we can develop in to a good player.”

In other injury news, Binfield have confirmed Jack Thomson-Wheeler will be out for at least six weeks after suffering a broken fibula in a challenge that saw Wantage Town’s Ryan Markham sent off on Monday night.

In addition, Moles manager Roger Herridge will be without his other full back Charley Tuttle for a couple of fixtures after he was shown a second yellow card in the same fixture.

Ascot United also face being without an influential player for a couple of matches after centre back and captain Louis Bouwers was sent off in the 3-0 win over Fairford Town on Saturday.

Both Tuttle and Bouwers should be available for their clubs this weekend however.
