2026/27 Women’s FA Cup Preliminary and First Qualifying Round draws for Berkshire

The early round draws for the 2026/27 Adobe Women's FA Cup have been released and Football in Berkshire has compiled all the matches involving Berkshire sides

The Football Association has release the early round fixtures for the 2026/27 Women’s FA Cup Preliminary and First Qualifying rounds.

The Women’s FA Cup Preliminary and First Qualifying Round draws take in a selection of teams from Tier 6 and 7 – in Berkshire, that is from the First Division’s North and South of the Southern Region Women’s Football League and Division One of the Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League.

2026/27 Women’s FA Cup Preliminary Round draw

Matches to be played on the weekend of Sunday 23rd August 2026. Prize money: Winners – £1,000, Losers – £400.

  • Ashridge Park v Slough Town
  • Finchampstead v Whitchurch United
  • Melksham Town or Caversham United
  • Mudeford Phoenix v Windsor & Eton
  • Wallingford & Crowmarsh v Basingstoke Town

2026/27 Women’s FA Cup First Qualifying Round draw

Matches to be played on the weekend of Sunday 6th September 2026. Prize money: Winners – £1,800, Losers – £450.

  • Corsham Town v Finchampstead or Whitchurch United
  • Wallingford & Crowmarsh or Basingstoke Town v Melksham Town or Caversham United
  • Mudeford Phoenix or Windsor & Eton v Bournemouth Manor or Andover New Street
  • Ashridge Park or Slough Town v Marlborough Town or Barton United

Women’s FA Cup exemptions

For the 2026/27 Adobe Women’s FA Cup, 90 teams are exempt until the Second Qualifying Round – those at Tier 5 of the English Women’s Football Pyramid. That includes Reading FC Women and Woodley United.

Ascot United and Maidenhead United, as Tier 4 sides, are exempt with 48 other teams until the Third Qualifying Round.
