Combined Counties League and Ascot United set for a quick restart

The step 5 and 6 competition is due to get started again almost as soon as lockdown ends

The Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League aren’t hanging around with their restart post lockdown two in England.

The step five and six competition is kicking off again three days after the end of the latest curtailment with a full set of league fixtures including Ascot United, Eversley & California and Sandhurst Town.

The FA Vase is due to return on the 5th, but neighbouring competition the Uhlsport Hellenic League is holding off resuming until the the 12th December.

In theory, fans will be allowed to attend games, but much will depend on the decision’s on the different area’s tiers by the Government later this week.

The matches involving Berkshire clubs in the Combined Counties League on the 5th December are:

Egham Town vs Ascot United (Premier Division)
Ash United vs Sandhurst Town (Division 1)
Dorking Wanderers Reserves vs Eversley & California (Division 1)
