The Uhlsport Hellenic League have revealed when they hope competitive football will be able to return across the league following the presumed end of lockdown 2 on Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

A statement released on the league website says fixtures are expected to resume from the 12th December meaning clubs will have 10 days preparation.

The statement said: “Following several emails/questions/contact from clubs, the uhlsport Hellenic League Committee have decided to issue this statement to assist clubs with re-start planning.

“Our aim is to re-start Fixtures from 12th December 2020, subject to regional variations based on latest Government data.

“We will of course adhere to Government & FA advice plus requirements, as we receive them.”

The statement was released by Hellenic League chairman Bob Dalling, operations manager Brian King and secretary John Ostinelli.

The last games across the league were played on 3rd December with football from step 3 down of the English Football Pyramid postponed.

Flackwell Heath currently lead the Premier, Wokingham & Emmbrook Division One East and Malvern Town lead Division One West.
