The very final game of the season is almost up on us, and what better way to finish the local non league season than at the fantastic Madejski Stadium – home of Championship play off contenders Reading FC.
The 24,000 capacity ground off M4 junction 11 hosts the final of the Reading Senior Cup on Saturday 20th May with plenty of local interest.
Hellenic Premier Division runners up Bracknell Town are in the final after defeating Wokingham & Emmbrook on Monday night and will play B3018 neighbours Binfield after the Moles came from behind to beat Woodcote Stoke Row on Wednesday night.
For those wanting to make a day of it there is a Thames Valley Premier League final between Reading YMCA and Cookham Dean at the ground which kicks off at 2pm.
When’s kick-off?
According to the competitions twitter feed kick-off is 7pm on Saturday evening at the Madejski.

How best to get there?
Given the grounds proximity to the M4 and excellent parking facilities your best bet is to jump in the car and make the short trip from junction 10 (A329m) to 11.
You can also get a direct train from Bracknell to Reading and then jump on a bus up to the Madejski. The ‘Greenwave’ services are the ones that head up to the stadium. See the timetables here.
How much are tickets?
Bracknell Town have confirmed tickets will be £6 adults and £3 kids and concessions. We have asked for confirmation of that but tickets will be available on the gate.
