Episode three of the Berkshire Football Stories Podcast is all about Ascot United and the redevelopment of the Racecourse Ground with Neil Richards.
Neil is the Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Premier Division clubs Director of Football but has also worked extensively with the clubs youth sections and had a stint as first team manager.
The club embarked over the summer on a project to install an artificial surface in place of the grass pitch and general improvement of facilities around the pitch.
Neil talks passionately about the growth of the club and the future, as well as how the club has opened up in recent years, his spell in charge of the first team and the conversation that saw the Yellamen stay with the CCL this season.
