F.C Bracknell’s Adult SENS team produced an excellent all-round performance at the Bobi League tournament, held at Oxford City’s ground, delivering a series of disciplined and competitive displays.

The squad, made up of Jake Campion (goalkeeper), Adam Clough, Alex Sanchis, Jamie Gibbs, Ryan Maslisham, Rowan Smith, Anthony Thompson, Luka White and Carl Vince, showed great teamwork and adaptability across a demanding schedule of 10-minute matches.

Wearing their brand new kit, proudly sponsored by Winkfield Parish Council and Grundon, and supported by coaches Jamie Graham, Sham Maslisham and Neil Graham, F.C Bracknell began with a solid 0-0 draw against Marlow Town, demonstrating early defensive organisation. They followed this with a strong 1-0 victory over Northampton Town, with Alex Sanchis scoring the decisive goal after a well-worked move.

Another disciplined defensive display earned a goalless draw against MK Dons, before the side faced hosts Oxford City, where they suffered their only defeat of the tournament in a 2-0 result.

The team responded in excellent fashion in their final match, producing a standout performance to defeat Bicester Park 3-0. Sanchis continued his fine form with two goals, while Carl Vince added a third to secure a convincing win.

Goalkeeper Jake Campion was a standout performer, recording four clean sheets across the five matches, while Jamie Gibbs also received special praise for his versatility and tireless work rate throughout the tournament.

Sanchis’ impressive contribution saw him deservedly named Player of the Tournament after scoring three goals and leading the line with confidence.

F.C Bracknell finished the tournament with two wins, two draws and one defeat, reflecting a strong and consistent performance. The team’s efforts highlighted the club’s commitment to inclusive football and providing opportunities for all players to enjoy and succeed in the game.
