Finchampstead through to final after replay risk

Finchampstead Ladies have had it confirmed that their 4-2 win will stand in the Berks & Bucks County Cup semifinal with Windsor & Eton after the game was abandoned at 82 minutes.

During the Sunday the 15th of February tie, Windsor & Eton suffered an injury shortly before the full time whistle and the game was abandoned and the Berkshire pair have patiently waited for confirmation about whether or not a replay would have to take place.

Finchampstead will play either fellow Division One side Caversham United or Division Two North’s Didcot Town once their previously postponed game is played on Sunday 22nd of February.
