Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division Binfield have announced a number of retained players ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Among them, captain Sean Moore and midfielder George Short have all put pen to paper for the 2020/21 season which undoubtedly joint managers Jamie McClurg and Carl Withers will hope ends in promotion.
Moore, after a spell with Bracknell Town in 2018/19 that even saw him play in goal, returned to Hill Farm Lane last summer and was handed the captain’s armband. He made 31 appearances scoring 25 times.
Influential midfielder Short linked up again in midfield during last season, featuring 20 times for the Moles as they reached the fourth round of the FA Vase.
Also returning for Binfield are pacy forwards Asa Povey and Josh Helmore while midfielder Kennie Chamberlain is back in red and defenders Liam Gavin, Jack Thomson-Wheeler and Elliott Legg all return.
