It’s been a busy week in Bracknell football, and it’s not letting up for the weekend with a full round of fixtures across the divisions.
Here’s our full preview of all the matches which all kick-off at 3pm unless otherwise stated, however it is always worth checking with the clubs themselves before setting out – especially regarding any possible postponements.

Uhlsport Hellenic Premier Division
Binfield will look to recover from their late late defeat to Bracknell Town on Tuesday night when they head out on the road to Longlevens.
The Moles have seen a real up turn in fortunes over the last four games, with new goalkeeper Mo Nyamunga playing a big role alongside new centre-back pairing Lewis Leonetti and Gary Smith.
Roger Herridge, the Binfield manager said of his new goalkeeper when we spoke to him: “Mo has fitted in well, he has a good personality and has installed confidence into our back line which is really important.”
Bracknell Town are back in action at Larges Lane – the second of five home fixtures in a row – when they welcome struggling Oxford City Nomads and Ascot United welcome league leaders Thame United to the Racecourse Ground.
A win for both home sides would send Bracknell top of the table by a point, while if Thame draw with the Yellamen, a victory by two goals for the Robins would also send them top.
Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 East
Woodley United are back on the promotion trail as Rayners Lane visit Scours Lane. The Kestrels are rested after a weekend off last time out and will close the gap on leaders and champions Penn & Tylers Green with a win – though they’ll have to do without leading goalscorer Charlie Oakley who is suspended.
United beat Penn two weeks ago and will top the table if they win their three games in hand.
Talking of Penn, Sandhurst Town can do Woodley a favour as they welcome the champs to Bottom Meadow and AFC Aldermaston host Headington Amateur’s at the Rec.
There’s also a relatively local tie for resurgent Finchampstead who have won their last two games and will visit Holyport.
Thames Valley Premier League
It’s deja vu for Berks County and Mortimer who meet for the second time in 7 days, this time at Bracknell Sport Centre (ko 2pm).
Mortimer won that last encounter 3-2 and will leapfrog the Swords into 5th place if they do the double.
Southern Region Women’s Football League
Bracknell Town Ladies have another home fixture after their first game at Larges Lane last Sunday. This time around it’s second placed Oxford City who visit with the Robins yet to win a league game.
In Division 1 there’s a local derby as Ascot United welcome Woodley United to the Racecourse Ground on Sunday afternoon (ko 2pm).
The two sides have already met in the league cup this season with Woodley winning 5-4 after extra time.
Suburban Football League
Binfield Reserves are in action at Hill Farm Lane when they welcome Woking Reserves in the Suburban Premier.
There has been a little bit of a break since the Moles last match on 26th November and Ellis Woods men will be raring to go.
No local games in the Central Division aside from Eversley & California who are at home to Westfield.
Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League
One local club in action this weekend as Sandhurst Town head to Harefield Ladies in the League Cup on Sunday (ko 1.30pm).
