Southern League Premier Division South Bracknell Town have added two players as Jon Underwood strengthens his squad.

The Robins have signed striker Jake Scrimshaw on loan from Vanarama National League South Weymouth and young Wycombe Wanderers defender Jack Matton, also on loan.

According to Bracknell’s Twitter account, Scrimshaw’s career started at Bournemouth, and at 24, he has good experience of the Southern League and also higher levels having played in League Two and the National League.

Matton will be a familiar name to Berkshire football fans having been part of Binfield’s ‘great escape’ last season, he was subsequently snapped up by the Chairboys in the summer.

The Moles conceded seven goals twice in two games at the end of October but some reinforcements including Glenn Gabriel, former Holyport forward Kickie Dzimba and ex-Thatcham Town and Arbroath forward Daniel Fosu.
