Vanarama National League Maidenhead United’s possible payday from the sale of Max Kilman could be back on in the January Transfer Window.
The Wolverhampton Wanderers captain is reportedly a target for Europa Conference holders West Ham United, in the summer it was Serie A champions Napoli.
According to The Guardian: “David Moyes is keen to sign a new defender and is plotting a move for Kilman. The defender has been in fine form for Wolves and West Ham are aware that buying him will not be easy. Kilman signed a new five-year deal last summer and Wolves, who could demand at least £40m for the 26-year-old, would be reluctant to lose such a key player midway through the season.”
Maidenhead reportedly have a sell on clause for the player – though the size of percentage is unknown – who the way sold to the Black Country side in 2018.

In the summer, Napoli had a bid of £30million rebuffed, Wolves are now reportedly looking for £40million for their captain who signed a new contract following the summers interest.
Any potential deal should net the Magpies an upwards of £6million. The club may yet get their ‘Scrooge McDuck moment’.
