Berks County have announced a long list of signings ahead of their 2023/24 Cherry Red Records Combined Counties Division One season.

Ellis Woods and Lee Simpson have moved to secure some of last season’s most important faces.

Ebby Opoku-Ware, Les Sackey, Ollie Graham, Shaun Wylie, Ben Hall, Ellis Day and Sam Day have signed on for another season. Joining them is experienced, former Bracknell Town centre-half Damien Smith.

Among those new to the club are Lawson Jones, Ollie Brown, Nick Thumwood, Jacob Cowler and Jamie Connor.

Berks County have also signed the former Windsor FC player George Gould and ex-Binfield midfielder Jack Broome who famously scored a penalty that took his side to Wembley.

It will be an interesting season for County who will be looking to go one better this season after finishing 2nd in the Combined Counties Division One, eventually losing out in the semi-finals to Langley.
