The former Bracknell Town, Slough Town and Dartford forward Dan Roberts has signed for Bobby Wilkinson’s Weymouth.

He spent the 2022/23 season at Hungerford Town where, despite being relegated, scored on five occasions. It was an injury-hit spell for the striker who will hope a move to Weymouth can re-ignite his obvious goalscoring talents.

He will join up at Weymouth with former Bracknell Town players Anthony Cheshire and Scott Rees on the South Coast.

Last season the Terras enjoyed a ‘great escape’ on the final day of the season having previously never been outside the bottom four of the Vanarama National League South all season.
