Westwood Wanderers 1 Maidenhead Town 3

An impressive three points for Town who have continued their good form from last season into this. They now sit in 2nd place separating last season’s high flyers Finchampstead and Burghfield. Evergreen John Swift scored again for Town. Swift has now scored in each of his four league games for the Bisham Abbey based club. Jack Northway and Ashley Lamb also netted for the visitors. Westwood Wanderers’ goal was scored by Jason Badger

Richings Park 2 Burghfield 2

Burghfield’s 100% record came to an end on Saturday when they could only pick up a draw against Buckinghamshire club Richings Park. The home side had led twice but a late Burghfield goal kept their unbeaten record intact. Park will be disappointed they couldn’t quite see the game out to secure all three points. Teoman Atik and Chris Lynch got on the scoresheet for Burghfield

Wargrave 3 Yateley United 3

The game of the day took place at Wargrave where six goals were evenly shared out between the two sides. A Myles White brace and a goal from Charlie Wilcox for Yateley, while Wargrave’s goalscorers were Stuart Moss, George Hepburn and Sam Wild.

Wraysbury 2 Mortimer 3

Mortimer came away from Wheatsheaf Park with a creditable 3-2 victory over Wraysbury. Andrew Clarke, Deshawn Whittaker and Graeme Lewis were the goalscorers for The Villagers who secured their first three points of their season.

Prolific James Payne notched a hat-trick for Finch as they hit Reading YMCA for six. Aqeel Butt, Connor Richardson and Ethan Simons scored the reigning Thames Valley Premier League champions other goals. YMCA are still searching for their first win of the league season.

Marlow United 4 Woodley United Royals 1

An injury hit Royals side went down four goals to one at Marlow on Saturday. The home side’s goals were ored by Jack Baldwin, Aaron Foster, James Przybyiak and Connor Warren-Hoyte. Stiven Mitreski scored a consolation goal for Woodley United Royals.

Reading City U23 1 Windlesham & Chobham 3

Windlesham & Chobham picked up their first win of the season at Scours Lane over the weekend. A Jack Melbourne brace and a solitary strike from Kay Hampson enough to give the Surrey side all three points. Reading City U23 endured their first league loss of the season.
