Maidenhead United, Bob Bacon and shambles at Reading FC

The latest episode of the Berkshire Football Stories podcast is out and it’s the weekly chat hosted by Rob Davies.

With Abi Ticehurst away, Rob is joined as usual by Tom Canning and special guests and Football in Berkshire contributors Neil Maskell and Neil Graham.

Maskell, in his role as Maidenhead United secretary, gives an overview of the Magpies festive period that saw a win over Bromley and draw with Aldershot Town as well as the departure and addition of a goalkeeper.

Graham, Sports Photographer and chairman of FC Bracknell is also on and offers a tribute to retiring Binfield FC chairman Bob Bacon.

As well as all that the team discuss their New Year’s football resolutions, their pick of the weekend’s action and what on earth is going on at Reading FC.
