Bracknell Town manager Geoff Warner will shortly have a decision to make over which goalkeeper to select as Mark Scott nears a return to fitness.
Scott was injured in mid-January meaning a recall for former number one Chris Grace, who was playing back in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division with Binfield.
Since returning to Larges Lane, Grace has been in good form as Bracknell push for a play-off spot in the Bostik League South Central Division One.
Speaking to the Bracknell News on Wednesday, Warner said: “It’s great to have two goalkeepers on our books as good as them, but it does mean we are going to have to make a decision as to who plays when Scotty is back match fit.”
Thatcham Town
In the Newbury Weekly News, Thatcham Town boss says competition for places has been key to his sides push up the Evo Stik Southern League South Division table.
Manager Danny Robinson has added Kyle Tooze from Mangotsfield United and Jon Beeden from Chippenham Town recently and said to the paper: “Kyle has got plenty of experience and he proved that on Saturday because he won us the penalties and also scored.
“The squad is looking healthier and competition for places is key.”
Burnham
Burnham manager Paul Shone has said there will be changes to his side after saying the Hellenic League Division One East leaders underperformed in defeat to Holyport on Saturday.

Speaking to the Maidenhead Advertiser, Shone said: “Personnel will definitely change – players who played well were told and those who under-performed have been told too. We carried too many players, you can have one or two but not five or six players under-performing so personnel will change.”
Slough Town
Slough Town manager Neil Baker says he believes the Rebels chances of making the play-offs in the Vanarama National League are gone after six matches without a win.
Baker said to the Slough Observer: “The play-offs have gone. We’re not good enough for that, it’s plain to see.
“We don’t score enough goals and at the moment we’ve got a weak under-belly.
“Most of the season we’ve been very good and I don’t know what it is, maybe a few players are a little bit too comfortable.”
The Rebels are currently 12th after 31 games and sit on 41 points, nine behind Dartford who they drew 2-2 with on Saturday at Arbour Park.
