Bracknell Town’s history makers are on the verge of taking the club to its highest ever level on Bank Holiday Monday.

By 4:45pm the Robins could be a Vanarama National League South side along with the likes of Slough Town, Farnborough, Torquay United and Yeovil Town.

To do that though they’ll need to beat Truro City in the Southern League Premier Division South Play Off Final, one of the few sides the Robins haven’t taken points off this season.

The White Tigers were in pole position for second place but despite beating Bracknell, the Robins ‘juggernaut’ edged them out in the table by a point, securing home advantage in the Play Offs.

Bracknell rise to big occasions

Bracknell have proven more than adept at the big occasion this season with memorable FA Cup and FA Trophy runs, and held their nerve to see off Chesham United 1-0 in Extra Time in the Play-Off Final.

Now they have one final hurdle to overcome before the dream of National League Football can become a reality.
