Reading Women have signed former Everton and Yeovil midfielder Angharad James.

James, who has won 48 caps for Wales joins fellow Welsh internationals Charlie Escourt, Natasha Harding, Rachel Rowe and Lily Woodham at the Berkshire club.

Angharad James is an important cog in the Wales midfield alongside Champions League winner Jess Fishlock, and is an excellent signing for a side looking to improve in an ever more difficult WSL.

Reading have also announced that Scotland international Sophie Howard, defender Molly Bartrip and England U21 international left-back Maz Pachecho has signed on for another season.

Lily Woodham, another one of Reading’s Welsh contingent, has also signed her first contract with the club.

Reading Women start their season with a trip to Liverpool on the 8th September.

Season Tickets are on sale for Reading Women for only £35 http://reading.fawsl.com/tickets.html
