Bracknell Town had a wasted journey to Oxfordshire on Tuesday night as the freezing changes put paid to their Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League trip to Ardley United.

It was frustration all round for Bracknell who arrived at The Playing Fields looking to add to their run of wins, and the match looked likely earlier in the afternoon with Ardley tweeting that no pitch inspection was planned.

Mark Tallentire had a chance to go top of the table with a win tonight and against Burnham on Saturday but that ambition will now be on the back burner.

On Monday night, Binfield made it two wins in two beating Thame United 3-1 at Hill Farm Lane.
