Weatherstone replaces Garry Haylock

Isthmian League Binfield have moved quickly to replace manager Garry Haylock.

The Moles, bottom of the South Central Division One, have appointed former Hartley Wintney boss and Boston United pro Ross Weatherstone.

A statement shared by the club said: “We are delighted to welcome Ross back to the club, where he managed our Development Team and won the Michael Bidmead Suburban League Cup in 2019.

“Last season, Ross managed Hartley Wintney FC 1st Team at Step 3 and also been involved with their U23 Development Team as Manager and Coach for the last 4 Seasons. During that period, he has a proven record of coaching and developing young players into 1st Team Football.”

Weatherstone had previously managed the Moles Development side between 2018 and 2019 after joining from Woodcote Stoke Row, before joining the staff at Bracknell Town.
