Isthmian League South Central Division One side Binfield have parted company with manager Garry Haylock.

The Moles boss was appointed at Hill Farm Lane following the departure of Carl Withers and Jamie McClurg in September 2022.

Haylock lead his side to the verge of the Isthmian League play offs last season, but the Moles have endured a poor start to 2023/24 culminating in an 4-0 defeat to Raynes Park Vale on Saturday.

A statement on the Binfield website said: “Binfield Football Club can confirm that Garry Haylock has today left his role as First Team Manager. The club would like to pass on our thanks to Garry for his hard work and dedication whilst in the role and we wish him all the very best for the future.

“Binfield Football Club is now very much focussed on turning our season around as we move into the busy Christmas and New Year period. We will be announcing the details of the New Management Team prior to our game against Guernsey this coming Saturday.”

The Moles are currently bottom of the South Central Division One with four points from 17 games. Guernsey are visitors to the Iconic Stadium at Hill Farm Lane on Saturday 23rd December (1pm).
