One Dorking Wanderers fan might have had an uncomfortable evening if the response to his comment following Dorking Wanderers 3-1 win over Slough Town is anything to go by.

Wanderers, the Vanarama National League South leaders, beat Slough to boost hopes of a return to the top-tier of non league football.

Jason Prior (2) and Jimmy Muitt got the goals for the home side while Slavi Spasov replied for the Rebels, however it was post match the off-field entertainment got interest.

One Dorking fan replied, less than complimentary, to Slough’s full-time Twitter post with: “cheers lads, you was s****.”

Slough legend Sue Shiel replied to the comment, but it was the following effort that caught our eye from Ben Wheeler: “Sorry Sue, I thought me and Judie had brought him up better than this. Oscar Hough, we’ll be having words when you get in tonight.”

Too right! Here’s the thread in full.
