Josh Helmore has made the switch between Pitching In Isthmian League South Central Division One sides Binfield and Northwood.

The strikers goals helped fire the Moles to promotion and the final of the FA Vase last season as a key member of the squad over three seasons having joined from Bracknell Town.

A statement released by Binfield said: “Everyone associated with Binfield FC would like to wish Josh Helmore all the very best following his decision to move on to a new challenge after joining Isthmian League side, Northwood.”

Helmore made 16 appearances for Binfield this season scoring eight times as the Moles have more than held their own at step 4.

The former Thatcham Town striker featured for Binfield recently against his new side who beat the Moles 1-0 at Hill Farm Lane and Helmore will certainly be an asset in the clubs fight against relegation.
