The Wokingham Paper has reported that Binfield Reserve Team goalkeeper Liam Vaughan has made the move to Basingstoke Town to link up with the under 21 side.

Speaking to the paper earlier in pre season, Binfield boss Roger Herridge said Vaughan would have a chance to claim the number one shirt at Hill Farm Lane after impressing toward the end of the 2016/17 season when he replaced the injured Mo Nyamunga for the County Cup Final.

Vaughan was an ever-present for the Moles Reserve side last season making 26 league appearances.
