Combined Counties League Division One Woodley United have announced defender Kasper Hok has signed a professional contract in Bangladesh.
The 23-year-old centre back will join Brothers Union in the Bangladesh Premier League where they are seventh of ten teams after nine games of the season.
The club is based in the south of the countries capital Dhaka where they were formed in 1949. They were champions of the countries second division in 2023, earning promotion back to the top-tier after relegation in 2021.

Brothers Union men’s first team squad is predominantly filled with Bangladeshi-based players but Hok will join American Sanjay Karim, Sweden’s Anik and Ashik Rahman as well as a handful of players from Pakistan and Guinea in the squad.
Back in the UK, Woodley might be chasing a second promotion to Step 5 this season with an enviable league record, but that hasn’t stopped manager Jordan Blake wishing his now former player the best in his new adventure.
Blake, writing on Woodley United’s Facebook page said: “I am delighted to announce that Kasper Hok has signed his first professional contract in Bangladesh it is testament to his hard work, attitude and application to improve as a footballer day in day out.
Having seen Kasper grow from a boy to a man over the last 3 seasons both on and off the pitch I am so pleased we could play a small part in his journey. I truly believe he has a wonderful career ahead of him wherever that may take him. I would personally like to thank Kasper for everything he has done for the football club and has always given his all everytime he has pulled the shirt on.
“He goes with our best blessings and wishes in this exciting step in his footballing career. Good luck Kasper we are all rooting for you.”
In December, Hok was called up to play for a Bangladeshi representative side as part of the AFB Latin-Bangla Super Cup 2025 against sides from Brazil and Argentina.
