Hungerford Town manager Danny Robinson has begun the rebuilding of his team ready for Southern League action in August.
Seven new signings were revealed on Twitter by the club over the course of Sunday.
Perhaps the most interesting from a local perspective was that of former Binfield forward Sean “The Prawn” Moore who has signed on to play Step 3 football at Bulpit Lane. Moore is a talented forward who has scored plenty of goals at Step 5 and 4 for Binfield (and Bracknell Town for a short period) and will now have a chance to test himself at Step 3 level with Hungerford.
Nathan Davis is another signing on at Hungerford. The midfielder spent last season at Hellenic League Corsham Town where he played in their FA Vase Semi-Final loss to Ascot United.
Boosting the defensive options for Robinson is former North Leigh and Thatcham defender Jack Alexander and Luke Carnell who has also spent time at North Leigh.
In midfield, Joe Shepherd (Cirencester) and Brad Hooper (Swindon Supermarine) have signed on at Bulpit Lane. Also signing on for Robinson’s Crusaders is striker Karnell Chambers who has spent time in Sweden with Syrianska, and back in the UK at Merthyr Town, Chippenham, Evesham United, Yate and Stratford Town.
