Bracknell Town’s title-winning attacker Duncan Culley has signed for Combined Counties League Premier Division North champions Hanworth Villa.

Announcing the news on Twitter, a post by Hanworth said: “To say that we are pleased with our first new signing for the new season is a bit of an understatement. Duncan Culley is a serial winner and joins us from last season’s champions Bracknell Town. Welcome Duncan I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time at the Ranch.”

Bristol-born Culley has an impressive CV of clubs having played for Farnborough, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Lewes and Bromley during his career and joins the Villains after 18 appearances and five goals for Bracknell.

Arguable Culley’s most important goals came against Marlow when he scored twice in a 3-1 win, but was also sent off later in the game, making one further appearance for Bracknell against Guernsey following his return from suspension.

Hanworth won the CCL title last season by 15 points from second-placed Southall.
