Reading City have continued to build a good Hellenic League squad this summer and have added a pair of useful attackers to their ranks for the coming season.

McKoy Palmer played eighteen times for Reading City in a truncated 2019/20 season that saw City finish in 10th position. In those eighteen matches Palmer scored ten goals and was the only City player to reach double figures. Prolific Palmer netted a hat-trick against Holyport in Reading City’s 5-4 Bluefin Sports (UHL) Challenge Cup match in September.

Eddie Lazarczuk is a familiar name on the local non-league scene having turned out for Reading City and Virginia Water in recent seasons.

Palmer and Lazarczuk join Michael Butcher, Josh Blackwood, Alfie Grant, Austin Best, Tyler D’Cruz, Ellis Cowd and Matt Stockhill who have all signed up with the Cityzens for the 2020/21 season.
