It’s been a week of in’s and out’s at step five clubs across Berkshire and Binfield are no different with one midfielder departing and one defender joining the Hill Farm Lane side.
Danny Horscroft’s second spell at the club has come to an end with Roger Herridge confirming the midfielders departure after 13 games and three goals so far this season.
Horscroft joined the Moles from relegated Woodley United in the summer of 2018 where he’d been part of the Kestrels side that won promotion to the Premier Division in 2016/17 as well as the Berks & Bucks FA County Intermediate Cup.
Joining the club though is former Bracknell Town defender Elliott Legg who had been playing for Isthmian League South Central Division One side Marlow.
Legg played 10 times for Mark Bartley’s side this season having moved across from division rivals Bracknell in July.
The defender joins new signings Calam Gallimore, Tom Melledew and George Short at Hill Farm Lane and is in the squad for Tuesday nights trip to Windsor.
