Ascot United have confirmed the return of Luqman Kassim to their squad after a spell in Finland with Norrvalla FF.

In Finland though, the attacker was on fire, scoring 41 goals in 18 games as NF in FF won the fifth tier regional league Vaasa Nelonen by three points. Kassim finished top scorer ahead of Björkstrand Kåre.

Speaking about the attackers return to Ascot, Tompkins said: “We are extremely pleased to welcome back the talented Luqman Kassim to the club. He will add different qualities to our squad and we are looking forward to seeing back on the pitch and scoring goals.

“He’s been in Finland this summer on fine goalscoring form!”
