Bracknell Town made it six new signings in total over the weekend with the addition of Thatcham Town forward Josh Helmore.

The club is preparing for a return to the Bostik League in 2018/19 and player/manager Carl Davies has boosted the clubs forward line with the addition of the 12 goal Kingfishers attacker.

Helmore has been a regular in the first team at Waterside Park for the last three seasons scoring 22 goals in 40 games in the 15/16 season, 13 in 33 during 16/17 and 12 in 24 last season as Thatcham won the Hellenic League Premier Division and the FA Vase at Wembley.

Bracknell are yet to have confirmed a ‘retained’ list but club secretary Ricky Simons has said it is expected much of the first team squad will return bar TJ Bohane who has signed for Hellenic League side Wantage Town.
