The first of the 2018/19 pre season fixtures took place over the weekend with Bracknell Town notably earning a high-scoring draw against National League South side Wealdstone.

The Robins faced the The Stones in a 1pm kick off at Larges Lane with a number of familiar faces on show in the 3-3 draw. Bracknell twice came from behind against a side two levels higher and lef 3-2 before a late equaliser from the visitors.

Elsewhere Wokingham & Emmbrook beat Combined Counties League Division 1 side Ash United 3-1 courtesy of goals from Josh Harris, Charlie Thorne and Connor Holland while Ascot United won 4-2 at Surrey Counties Intermediate League side Lyne.

Results from Saturday:

  • Ash United 1-3 Wokingham & Emmbrook
  • Bracknell Town 3-3 Wealdstone (1pm)
  • Lyne 2-4 Ascot United

Please note, due to clubs playing a number of trialists in matches we don’t report pre season goalscorers unless the clubs themselves have done so themselves. For a full list of pre season fixtures this summer, visit our fixture list here.
