Hellenic League Premier Division survival will go to the final day for Woodley United after a terrific comeback at home to Royal Wootton Bassett Town on Thursday night.
The Kestrels were 2-0 down at half time when Toby Bridges pulled one back on 51 minutes and Dan Horscroft levelled on 66.
It looked like a point a piece for the two sides until captain Idris Kamara fired James Anderson’s side in to a 3-2 lead which they held on to, to take a valuable three points.
United are ‘technically relegated‘ as they cannot move out of the top four with one game now to play, however it’s rare in recent history that all four sides are relegated – with the side finishing 17th of the 20 the first to receive any available reprieves.

Woodley are 19th going in to the final day on Saturday when they host Longlevens at Scours Lane and will need results to go their way at Abingdon United and Brackley Town Saints in order to leapfrog Highmoor Ibis and Fairford Town.
The battling spirit at Woodley though suggests they have every chance of remaining a Hellenic Premier Division side next season.
