Wins for Sandhurst Town and AFC Aldermaston in pre season friendlies

AFC Aldermaston beat Hellenic Premier Division Ascot United 3-1 in Basingstoke in a busy weekend of pre season football.

The Atom Men led 1-0 through Kai Parton-Edey after 10 minutes but the Yellamen equalised five minutes later from the penalty spot.

That was the last time United were to get on the score sheet though with Parton-Edey scoring his second on 25 minutes and completing his hat-trick on 79 minutes.

Sandhurst Town ran out 2-1 winners over Combined Counties Division 1 side Ash United while Woodley United were beaten 4-2 by Almondsbury UWE.

Nathanael Robinson and Danny Horscroft got the goals for the Kestrels while in West Berkshire Brimpton were 6-3 winners over Berks County.
