Bracknell Town new boy TJ Bohane hit a debut double as the Robins beat a lacklustre Thatcham Town 4-1 in the Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Bohane opened the scoring after 17 minutes with a header from a corner and he supplied the cross minutes later for Adam Cornell to make it 2-0.

The former Royal Wootton Bassett Town front man got his second and Bracknell’s third after the break before the home side pulled one back through Shane Cooper-Clark.

However, Bracknell had the last laugh with a fourth when the Thatcham goalkeeper dropped a corner and Cornell was there to finish off.

There is a full round of fixtures on Bank Holiday Monday, you can see all those here.

Binfield were expecting a tough game at home to Tuffley Rovers and they got one following a 2-1 defeat, but not before Liam Ferdinand gave the Moles a first half lead.

Shayne Bradley was the thorn in the side for Roger Herridge though, scoring either side of the break to give a much improved Rovers all three points.

Also in the Hellenic Premier, Ascot United’s trip to Longlevens didn’t go at all to plan as they went down 4-0. Bradley Martin got two with Shaun O’Connor and Joshua Westcarr also scoring.
