Before Tuesday night’s trip to Didcot Town, Binfield boss Roger Herridge said he was expecting a tough test from the Southern League side and he certainly got that with a 3-1 defeat at Loop Meadow.
The Moles boss will have been delighted though seeing his side take the lead and going in at the break 1-1 through Liam Ferdinand but unable to build on a positive start.
Plenty of positives last night albeit a loss to two late goals. Thanks for hosting us @didcottownfc @Ian_Lovers25 @AndyBallard00 🔴⚽️

Sandhurst Town faced Combined Counties Premier Division champions Hartley Wintney at Bottom Meadow and were well beaten by their former league rivals.
Wintney led 4-0 at the break and ran out eventual 7-2 victors.
Bracknell Town put four without reply past another Combined Counties side in Hanworth Villa.
The goals came from a Carl Davies penalty, Adam Cornell, Carl Withers and Joe Grant.
In other news, Bracknell Town under 18s drew 3-3 with Flackwell Heath, goals from Reece Simpson (2) and Joel Day.
