Berkshire Football Stories ‘In Conversation With..’ series returns with Binfield FC manager Garry Haylock in the hot seat.
Tom Canning talks to Garry about his managerial career, his ambitions for Binfield and his impressive playing career that saw him play in both Northern Ireland and the Republic, for eight different sides winning multiple league titles and cups.
Garry was known during his playing days as a ‘guarantee of goals’ both north and south of the border in Ireland and made a huge impression on the fans of the clubs he starred for including Shelbourne, Shamrock Rovers, Linfield and Portadown.
He also had a spell in Greece with ex-Liverpool legend Ronny Whelan and has managed in the National League with Hayes & Yeading United.
