Who's in the draw, dates and times for the 2025/26 FA Vase Second Round Proper

The draw for the 2025/26 FA Vase Second Round Proper is due on Tuesday after the weekend Second Qualifying Round fixtures are complete.

There were seven fixtures involving seven Berkshire sides during the First Round at the weekend, including 2018 winners Thatcham Town who were beaten 3-2 at Balham.

Five sides survived to enter the Second Round draw with Reading City impressive in the dispatching of Baffins Milton Rovers 4-0 while Berks County have made more progress with a 1-0 win at home to Phoenix Sports and Windsor & Eton won 2-0 at Wessex League Division One leaders Whitchurch Town.

23 teams have been exempt until the FA Vase Second Round Proper after reaching the Fourth Round in 2024/25, including holders Whitstable Town and Combined Counties League sides Fleet Town and Epsom & Ewell.

Berks County, Burnham, Reading City, Tadley Calleva and Windsor & Eton are all ‘in the hat’ for the FA Vase Second Round draw.

The FA has confirmed the FA Vase Second Round Proper draw will be released at 1pm on Monday 20th October.

When will Second Round Proper matches be played, and what is the prize money on offer?

FA Vase Second Round Proper matches are due to take place the weekend of Saturday 8th November 2025. Full details of round dates are here.

The prize money on offer for winners in the FA Vase Second Round matches is £900 with the losing side receiving £275.
