The Football Association have confirmed the constitution for the 2023/24 Isthmian League South Central Division One which includes three Berkshire sides.

Sides covered by Football in Berkshire are in bold. See the Combined Counties League constitution for Berkshire here. See the Southern League Premier Division South here. Marlow (Bucks) moved to the Southern League Central Division One.

Maidenhead United remain at Step 1 in the Vanarama National League, Slough Town remain at Step 2 in the Vanarama National League South.
