Reading FC Women are in the hat for the 2022/23 Vitality Women’s FA Cup Quarter Final draw following a tense Fifth Round penalty shootout win over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Lauren Wade struck the decisive kick in the shootout to beat Spurs 5-4 after a goalless 120 minutes of play.

The win marks the Royals first visit to the FA Cup Quarter Finals since a Semi Final defeat to West Ham United in 2019.

Draw numbers for the 2022/23 Women’s FA Cup Quarter Finals

Reading FC Women will be ball number 5 in the draw that includes Manchester United and Manchester City as well as lower league Lewes and Birmingham City.

When the Women’s FA Cup Quarter Final draw takes place

It’s prime time television on Monday night for the 2022/23 Vitality Women’s FA Cup Quarter Final draw.

The eight sides in the hat will find out their opponents at 7pm on the The One Show on BBC One.

Women’s FA Cup Quarter Final prize fund

The winners of the Women’s FA Cup Fifth Round ties all received £20,000 with £5,000 awarded to the runners up.

In the Quarter Finals that winners prize pot increases to £25,000 with £6,250 to the beaten side.

Quarter Final ties are due to take place on Sunday 19th March.
