Football in Berkshire is looking for more contributors in 2023.

A quick brief, FiB is a non-profit community platform that aims to raise awareness of, and support the brilliant football clubs in our area.

But we also want to support people. We want to give opportunity and a chance to be creative, share content with an established audience and learn and grow a new hobby/ambition/career.

Maybe that sounds a bit pie in the sky. But what I can tell you, is that Football in Berkshire has helped several people find their way in journalism, video media and other areas in its short lifetime, and we’re pretty well connected.

In terms of getting involved, we have everything from an almost award winning website to an award winning podcast, we have social media channels and video output. We’re open to ideas, suggestions and very specifically, people who love grassroots, women’s and non-league football.

If you’d like to know more, get involved or get started, drop an email to tom.canning@footballinbracknell.co.uk with a little bit about you and what you’d be interested in doing.

To get an idea of what we are about, head to footballinberkshire.co.uk/editors-picks to see some of our favourite bits.

Football in Berkshire is looking for new talent. If you love your grassroots football, or have dreamed of being a football reporter, take a look at the opportunities available here.
