We like to think of the Combined Counties Premier Division North as a sort of Thames Valley super-league. It features many of our local clubs including Ascot United, Holyport, Reading City, Virginia Water and Wokingham & Emmbrook. There’s a new team to add to that list with Wallingford Town joining the fray.

As is often the case with Step 5 leagues there are quite a few changes afoot in the Combined Counties Premier North. Broadfields United, Harefield United, Oxhey Jets and the perhaps more familiar Flackwell Heath join the division having played at the same step elsewhere in recent seasons.

The division gains Chalfont St Peter and Staines Town from the Isthmian League as well as promoted clubs London Lions and Wallingford Town who are due to start the season as Wallingford & Crowmarsh FC.

We look forward to the fixture lists coming out and discovering when the big Berkshire derbies will take place in the 22/23 season!
