Following Saturday’s Buildbase FA Vase First Round fixtures, the Football Association has confirmed when the Second Round draw will take place.
Berkshire side Berks County, along with Wallingford Town are both in the hat following wins over the weekend. Both clubs beat higher division opposition with County beating Burnham and Wallingford knocking Ascot United out on penalties.
Both clubs are step 6 sides and for County the run is very special as it is their first season in the competition.
The FA have confirmed the draw for the Second Round Proper of the 2021/22 Buildbase FA Vase will be at 1pm on Monday 25 October. Second Round Proper ties are due to take place on the weekend of Saturday 20 November 2021.
