The Fourth Qualifying Round takes place on Saturday 16th October and already we’re looking forward to the draw for the 2021/22 FA Cup First Round Proper.
Berkshire sides Maidenhead United and Hungerford Town are both in the hat as it stands subject to results on Saturday, and could face a host of famous names with the clubs in the EFL League One and League Two joining the action.
Among those, Bolton Wanderers, Sunderland, Portsmouth, Ipswich Town and Sheffield Wednesday stand out along with Wycombe Wanderer’s – managed of course by the Bracknell Sunday League’s Gareth Ainsworth.
So when is the 2021/22 FA Cup First Round Proper draw?
The draw, it was revealed during Tuesday night’s England vs Hungary international on ITV, will take place at 1:05pm, on Sunday 17th October live on ITV, sandwiched between All Around Britain and You’ve Been Framed.
